M for Mercury
Agencies

Run every client's LinkedIn outreach from one seat.

A workspace per client, their senders and their inbox kept apart, a portal login that can look but never touch, and a Friday report you share by link instead of writing. Priced per sender, so a new client is a line, not a new contract.

The agency loop

Onboard on Monday, report on Friday, repeat.

1

Open a client workspace

One click under your subscription. Their audiences, journeys, inbox and numbers live there and nowhere else — a client never sees another client's name.

2

Connect their senders

Each of the client's LinkedIn accounts signs in through the hosted window — no password ever reaches you — and gets its own daily caps and working hours.

3

Run your playbooks

Build the audience with Find Contacts or their list, add AI research columns, launch the journey template you use for every client, and watch the inbox fill.

4

Share the report

The Executive Report — week, month or quarter — has a share link and an embed. Send the link; the numbers update themselves.

Client workspaces & portal01 / 03

Kept apart by design, not by discipline.

Every client gets a workspace with its own senders, leads, journeys and inbox. Your team switches between them from one login. The client gets a portal login of their own that shows their campaigns, their inbox and their report — and cannot launch, edit or delete anything.

  • Client portal — a viewer role enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
  • Colleague seats for teammates who need to see a workspace without being able to change it.
  • When a client leaves, remove their senders and the journeys halt where they are — nothing keeps sending from an account you no longer manage.

The Friday report02 / 03

The numbers a client asks for, on a link that stays current.

Acceptance, replies, positives, meetings — per sender and per campaign, for the week, the month or the quarter. Share it by link or embed it in the client's own dashboard. The Mercury Score stays with you: the shared report shows the client their results, not your grade.

  • One definition of a positive reply, so the report, the dashboard and the CRM never disagree in front of a client.
  • Advanced and audience analytics for the quarterly review — who the list was, and what it did.
  • White-label portal and reports are on the roadmap; today the report carries the Mercury name.

Twenty-five senders for $949 a month. A client workspace is $11.

The Agency plan includes twenty-five LinkedIn senders and adds more at $19 each. Client workspaces are $11 a month on any plan, so onboarding a new client is one line on the invoice, not a new negotiation. AI research runs on Mercury Coins and verified emails on Contact Credits, both topped up from the same balance panel.

  • Pay by card or bank through Veem; the workspace opens the moment the payment is authorised.
  • Yearly billing brings Agency to $759 a month, and extra senders to $15.
  • Above two hundred senders, Enterprise: custom limits and pacing, SSO and an audit log, and your own procurement paperwork.

Questions agencies ask

Before you move your clients over

Can a client see another client's data?

No. Each workspace is its own tenant: its senders, leads, journeys, inbox and reports are separated in the database, and a portal login only ever reaches the workspace it was invited to. Your own team switches workspaces from one login; a client never can.

What can a client do in the portal?

Look. The portal shows campaigns, the inbox and the Executive Report for their workspace. Launching, pausing, editing, deleting and sending are refused at the database, not merely hidden — a client cannot launch a campaign by accident, and neither can a colleague you gave viewer access to.

Can I put my own brand on the report?

Not yet. Shared reports carry the Mercury name today; a white-label portal and report are on the roadmap above. The share link and the embed work now, and the Mercury Score — your grade — is left out of what a client sees.

What happens when a client leaves?

Remove their senders and every journey using them halts where it stands; delete the workspace and its data goes with it. Nothing keeps sending from an account you no longer manage; if the account is ever reconnected, the halted journeys pick up where they stopped.

Bring your first client over this week.

Start on Agency, or on Pro with client workspaces, and connect their senders in about ten minutes.
